3-5+ years in social/community/influencer roles at DTC/eCommerce brands or agencies. Experience in CPG categories (Snacks & food, Personal care, Cosmetics & skincare, Household items, Beverages, Health & wellness). Proven ability to start from zero and build programs from scratch. Strong copy, communication, and creator relations skills. Hands-on with social tools, creator discovery, and automation. Organized operator with a project management mindset. Data-driven and fluent with relevant metrics. Experience with Shopify ecosystems, TikTok Shop, Growy (or similar) is a plus. Experience with LATAM/Mexico City/Dubai-based is a plus.
