Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta) with performance goals. Manage daily pacing, bids, audiences, and budgets; A/B test creative, copy, and targeting. Partner with Product, Analytics, and Design teams. Track and report on channel performance across awareness, acquisition, and retention. Monitor efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period) and propose adjustments. Identify new paid platforms, formats, or audiences to test and scale. Coordinate with external partners, platforms, or agencies.
