Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in B2C and B2B performance marketing, ideally in subscriptions, marketplaces, or consumer tech. Expert knowledge of SEM and paid social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. Strong analytical and quantitative skills — comfortable building reports, analyzing CAC and ROAS, and using data to guide decisions. Demonstrated success improving acquisition efficiency at scale. Experience collaborating with creative, analytics, and product teams. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta) with performance goals. Manage daily pacing, bids, audiences, and budgets; A/B test creative, copy, and targeting. Partner with Product, Analytics, and Design teams. Track and report on channel performance across awareness, acquisition, and retention. Monitor efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period) and propose adjustments. Identify new paid platforms, formats, or audiences to test and scale. Coordinate with external partners, platforms, or agencies.
