Senior Strategic Analytics Associate - Battery Storage

Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role. Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results. Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools. Drive efforts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven decision-making. Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to strategic analytics.
