Requirements

- Proficient in research terminology and basic medical terminology.
- Understanding of the clinical development paradigm and government regulations, GCP, and ALCOA-C (particularly in LATAM).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Proper home office setup with a private space and high-speed internet.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least six years of relevant clinical research experience.
- At least two years of experience leading teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Fluency in English is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day work of the SSS team.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train new SSS professionals.
- Act as the point of contact with staffing partners.
- Understand LATAM recruitment trends.
- Set clear and actionable goals for the team.
- Review KPIs and provide coaching.
- Facilitate team meetings.
- Balance workload and assess team utilization.
- Take corrective action and provide feedback.
- Update leadership on team and performance.
- Present team progress and performance to Sponsors.
- Serve as point of escalation for site-based issues.
- Develop partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams.
- Ensure team conducts work in accordance with GCP.
- Proactively solve problems and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and understand study protocols.
