  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proper home office setup with a private space and high-speed internet.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least six years of relevant clinical research experience.
  • At least two years of experience leading teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Fluency in English is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day work of the SSS team.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and train new SSS professionals.
  • Act as the point of contact with staffing partners.
  • Understand LATAM recruitment trends.
  • Set clear and actionable goals for the team.
  • Review KPIs and provide coaching.
  • Facilitate team meetings.
  • Balance workload and assess team utilization.
  • Take corrective action and provide feedback.
  • Update leadership on team and performance.
  • Present team progress and performance to Sponsors.
  • Serve as point of escalation for site-based issues.
  • Develop partnerships with sites, clients, and study teams.
  • Ensure team conducts work in accordance with GCP.
  • Proactively solve problems and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze and understand study protocols.
