Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Implementation, customer success, or related roles in healthcare settings. Proven track record of managing complex projects with organizations of all sizes. Degree(s) in business, project management, healthcare, public health or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred. Strong understanding of, and experience applying, implementation science principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, software, and tools. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in training healthcare providers on digital health or medical devices, or experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Set up the implementation function for future growth using implementation science. Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the end-to-end implementation process from sales to post-live. Implement best practices and standardize processes for efficiency. Synthesize learnings to inform go-to-market playbooks and internal processes. Manage implementation of digital treatments with providers. Coordinate with providers for ordering, communication, and billing. Facilitate training sessions for providers. Monitor and optimize provider partnerships for growth using data. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to providers. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementations and mitigate risks. Partner with sales, clinical, product, and patient support teams. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management. Coordinate with external vendors and partners. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Analyze project performance and prepare reports for senior management.
