Requirements:
3+ years of direct people management experience 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Strong background in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred) Experience with AWS services and cloud-native development practices Experience with modern frontend development, preferably React Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage geographically distributed or mixed-location teams Fluency in English (written and verbal)
