M&A Relationship Associate

3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance. Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Top-notch customer service and written communication skills. Ability to become a subject matter expert in payment processes. Knowledge or ability to quickly learn M&A transactions. Ability to work within a group and handle administrative tasks. Ability to project manage and juggle time-sensitive tasks. NetSuite experience highly preferred.

Coordinate internally with operations and payments for shareholder distribution. Review payment spreadsheets and forward to internal operations. Review and finalize solicitation documents for compliance. Update deal specifics in the internal database. Respond to inquiries from corporate principals, counsel, and shareholders. Ensure governing documents are accounted for and loaded into the database. Track pending and closed transactions. Accompany sales team or Relationship Manager on sales meetings.
