Senior Technical Product Manager

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline. Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows. Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently. 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products. Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration. Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration. Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications. Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information. Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans. Strong written and verbal communication.

Translate projects into detailed technical requirements and execution plans. Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features. Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management. Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance. Run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops. Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders. Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies. Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.
