Senior Technical Product Manager

3+ years of product management experience building or scaling technical products. Strong technical foundation with proven experience coding and collaborating closely with engineers. Able to reason about distributed systems, privacy technologies, and AI. Ability to bridge research and implementation, with curiosity about emerging technologies. Comfort in ambiguity and creating structure. Hands-on with code and tooling (reading PRs, debugging, prototyping). Exceptional communicator, clear in writing and speech. Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery to take Syft from concept to product-market fit. Conduct user research and go-to-market experiments. Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to define, build, and iterate on technical products. Translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences. Immerse yourself in the evolving landscape of privacy, AI, and data collaboration. Prototype flows, fix bugs or code alongside the team to accelerate learning. Identify signals and use them to guide iteration. Communicate priorities with clarity, aligning a distributed team. Champion the voice of our users. Engage with policy and standards communities.
