Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and engage HR and People leaders through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Collaborate with AEs to pass off qualified meetings and share key context. Qualify and book meetings with intent downloads. Execute structured outbound cadences in SalesLoft. Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to research and target accounts. Maintain organized records of prospect interactions in CRM. Continuously refine messaging through feedback, coaching, and data insights. Provide constructive feedback to improve SDR role effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
