Own the roadmap for internal tools and systems. Design and optimize workflows for onboarding, customer configuration, payment processing, and provider management. Improve critical processes like payment tracking, statement publishing, and reconciliation. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to translate workflows into scalable systems. Lead discovery, prioritize tradeoffs, and align stakeholders for automation and self-service. Drive delivery with Engineering by synthesizing requirements and managing sprint priorities. Act as a translator between technical and non-technical teams. Implement ways to move from manual to automated processes.
