Senior Product Manager, Platform Squad

5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex product or platform with significant internal users. Strong experience leading agile software teams and managing full product lifecycles. Proven ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product strategies and roadmaps. Strong technical fluency - comfortable collaborating with engineers on APIs, data models, integrations, and architectural tradeoffs. Excellent product sense and judgment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners. Analytical mindset with a track record of using metrics to inform decisions. Experience in or passion for construction, proptech, or complex operational systems is a strong plus.

Define the vision, strategy, and priorities for Blueprint and related platform services. Partner with design and engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time, using agile best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into scalable solutions. Write clear, outcome-driven product briefs. Acceptance test releases. Gather insights from users, data, and leadership to refine features. Partner with engineering and AI teams to identify automation opportunities. Define KPIs for adoption, cycle time, and margin improvement. Align stakeholders across Product, Operations, Finance, and Engineering. Balance short-term impact with long-term platform health.
