Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, advanced practice degree (e.g. NP, PA, DNP, or equivalent), or similar clinical degree. 7-10+ years of experience working in clinical data-related roles. At least 5 years of direct people management experience. Deep familiarity with data abstraction from medical records, designing CRFs and CRF completion guidelines. Proven experience developing and implementing data quality frameworks and quality monitoring plans. Experience building or scaling team processes, including creating SOPs and standard documentation. Focus on and successful experimentation with integrating AI into standard practices and workflows.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of clinical data quality specialists. Define and implement the overarching quality framework for the team. Oversee study-specific plans for high-quality data collection. Own the execution of all study data quality monitoring initiatives. Partner with Product teams to operationalize new data collection and quality workflows. Facilitate strong cross-functional partnerships. Champion AI integration and apply AI tools to optimize workflows.
