Sr Implementation Consultant - Healthcare IT / Remote

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 2+ years of hands-on healthcare IT implementation and configuration experience. Strong functional knowledge of an EMR/EHR system. Specific expertise in Altera Sunrise EMR is preferred; Epic or Meditech experience with deep clinic workflow knowledge is also valued. Experience working as part of a formal implementation project team that has successfully rolled out EMR systems. Clinical background preferred. Technical background in SQL or SSRS reporting preferred. Proven client presentation experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Project management experience, skilled at managing multiple priorities. History of quickly learning new information.

Implement Altera software solutions, focusing on Sunrise EMR, at client sites. Perform project workplan tasks as part of a larger project team. Provide high-level consultation and technical guidance on system configuration. Offer expert workflow consultation for ambulatory processes. Identify, resolve, and escalate system and workflow issues. Provide comprehensive activation support and meet client utilization targets. Set and manage expectations with various client stakeholders. Anticipate client needs and act as a client advocate.
