Senior / Principal Technical Presales Specialist

8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software. Strong background in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms. Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Strong presentation and demo skills with experience speaking to technical and executive audiences. Excellent project management skills.

Translate complex concepts into compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences. Drive the technical side of the sales process, including discovery, PoCs, SOWs, and demos. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer executives and internal stakeholders. Design, build, and deliver fast, scalable solutions using Python, SQL, data connectors, and APIs. Mentor junior presales talent and build repeatable demo frameworks.
