5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale transcription or data labeling projects with Indic languages. Deep, practical understanding of transcription requirements, formats (verbatim, smart verbatim, time-stamping), and QA methodologies. Proven and active network of high-quality transcribers and resources across top Indic languages. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills. Familiarity with common project management and transcription platform tools.

Own and manage large-scale transcription projects across healthcare, finance, and consumer data. Ensure transcribed data meets rigorous quality and format requirements. Manage, mentor, and scale transcribers across top Indic languages. Develop, document, and enforce best practices for transcription, review, and quality control. Assess and expand the network of qualified transcribers.
