Infrastructure Engineering Manager

5+ years of infrastructure/DevOps engineering experience At least 2 years in a lead role Working knowledge of at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS) Experience with operating large scale infrastructure following the Infrastructure as Code principle, and adopting automation Knowledgeable with containerization platforms such as Kubernetes Demonstrated experience in the Incident management culture establishment Leveraging AI and advanced automation to remove tedious, repetitive engineering tasks Review & optimize any inefficiencies in the infrastructure Responsibility for the spending associated with Cloud technologies & apply various savings options Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives Implementing security practices to be compliant with ISO27k, and SOC2 type II Defining & evolving core metrics to bring a holistic view of the state of the infrastructure Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with managers, back-end developers, and other relevant staff members Strong command of English – verbal & written

Lead and grow one of the Platform engineering teams focused on Infrastructure Lead 7 infrastructure engineers and grow them via mentoring, coaching, 1-on-1s, and code reviews Shape the future of our tech stack and cloud architecture Identify patterns and best practices, promote them across the engineering org Help other teams with their adoption Work hand in hand with our Product and other Platform teams Contribute to the vision and strategy of the product area
