Master’s degree in Education, EdTech, Instructional Design, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience as a classroom teacher, teacher trainer, and/or curriculum designer in K-12 education. Previous experience supporting a Community of Practice (CoP), online community, or content-focused platform. Experience in developing instructional materials, courses, or toolkits, especially for an edtech audience. Demonstrated experience in researching, testing, or reviewing technology tools (ideally EdTech). Experience in overseeing basic administrative and operational functions of a CoP. Thought leadership and expertise in technology for education and employability. Knowledge of content management systems, learning management systems, and online community platforms. Ability to develop clear, engaging content. Skills in using AI tools for content creation are a plus. Ability to independently research, vet, and synthesize information. Skills in creating short demo videos. Ability to analyze and report on engagement metrics. High proficiency in managing calendars, tracking tasks, and organizing workflows. Ability to effectively communicate with team members. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Fluent in spoken and written English.
