Requirements:
Native German speaker. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in inside sales within B2B tech, SaaS, or a fast-paced digital environment. Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). Able to work independently in a remote, international team. Self-motivation and accountability are important.
Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to new M-Files customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and creative campaigns. Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges. Book discovery calls with decision-makers in alignment with the go-to-market strategy. Utilize sales technology stack (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.) for research and personalization. Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues. Act as a brand ambassador for M-Files at industry events and webinars.
