Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or relationship management (nonprofit or ministry setting preferred). Proven success in securing five- and six-figure gifts from individuals or organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage a regional portfolio of donors and achieve annual revenue goals. Alpha experience preferred. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently in a remote or field-based environment. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
