Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (asset) Previous experience in a similar position/function (asset) Prior working experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields (advantage) Passionate with Customer Satisfaction Excellent command of English and Spanish language (native-like or C2 level certification desired). LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate (plus). Advanced computer literacy required. ECDL Advance level certification (plus). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Well organized, self-driven, flexible. Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts, weekends, and holidays).
Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service via email, chat, and phone. Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams. Enforce exam rules and protocols. Handle technical or procedural issues during exams. Execute administrative tasks for exam registrations, scheduling, and results. Maintain accurate records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Work effectively in a team environment. Liaise with other teams to achieve best possible results. Carry out reasonably allocated duties and tasks. Apply a flexible & adaptable customer-centric approach. Ensure work aligns with company values.
