3+ years of experience managing growth or marketing projects in digital products. Strong understanding of digital acquisition and retention funnels (Paid Social, PPC, CRM, SMM, SEO, Brand). Experience designing or managing A/B tests and growth experiments. Confident with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Similar Web, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Library etc.). Hands-on experience with project management systems (Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar). Proven record of integrating AI/automation into workflow. Strong communication, prioritization, and reporting skills. Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
