Product Manager - Medium Voltage Products

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the power distribution equipment industry or a closely related field, preferably with switchgear Technical knowledge of medium voltage power distribution products, markets, and applications Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Comfort working through ambiguity Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Managing assigned product lines throughout the full lifecycle Supporting product roadmap development and aligning requirements with company strategy Conducting competitive analysis and validating market requirements Developing product documentation (business cases, technical requirements, guide specifications) Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams Supporting Steering Committee reviews and R&D processes Assisting Sales and Marketing with product launch activities Acting as a product ambassador Monitoring product performance and preparing reports
