Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the power distribution equipment industry or a closely related field, preferably with switchgear.
Technical knowledge of low voltage power distribution products, markets, and applications.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage assigned product lines throughout the full lifecycle.
