Requirements:
5+ years of product management in SaaS environments. Demonstrated success in SAAS payments or fintech products. Ability to take products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments. Strong user empathy and ability to work closely with customers and frontline teams. Familiarity with the payments regulatory landscape, including NACHA, PCI DSS, and relevant state/federal regulations. Proven ability to define outcome-focused roadmaps, establish and monitor success metrics, and make data-driven prioritization decisions with incomplete information. Track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Ops, Finance) and external partners (PSPs, banking partners, regulators). Experience in SFR property management, or adjacent verticals (plus). Experience building or scaling products in a high-growth environment. Ability to work EST work hours.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing discovery with residents, property managers, and internal teams. Synthesize research, user feedback, and market data to build compelling product narratives and business cases. Develop and test product hypotheses via wireframes, prototypes, and early-stage pilots. Define product strategy and a rolling 12-month roadmap. Write product specs and collaborate with Engineering and Design for feature delivery. Monitor execution progress against roadmap and pivot quickly when needed. Own core technical flows and user experiences. Collaborate with Engineering on integrations with service providers and banking partners. Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Build risk and fraud mitigation into product design. Collaborate with GTM, Sales, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing, and rollout strategies. Monitor product performance against KPIs and inform backlog prioritization. Build alignment across stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and investment decisions. Conduct competitive and market analysis.
