Requirements:
3+ years of midmarket ERP software sales experience in a true outside sales capacity. Familiarity and experience with project management tools and methodologies. Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes. Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Professional presence and demeanor. Remarkable organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills. Ability to function in a collaborative, team-oriented matrix environment. Ability to build strong relationships with managers, co-workers, clients, vendors, and internal customers. Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally, as required. Responsibilities:
Drive sales of new ERP software, enhancements, and professional services. Develop trusted advisory partnerships with C-level executives. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business requirements. Negotiate sales agreements. Act as an internal project manager for the pre-sales process. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, documentation, and forecasting. Focus on client satisfaction, quality of service, and profitability. Prospect for sales opportunities. Reach out to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Coordinate and attend in-person client meetings. Develop partner relationships. Produce discovery notes for Statements of Work (SOWs). Track and report daily activities in Acumatica CRM. Deliver weekly sales updates. Plan and align to achieve sales goals.
