Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met Act as a trusted advisor to Army customers Deliver data-driven quarterly business reviews Analyze customer engagement and platform usage Proactively engage customers to ensure they maximize readiness potential Advocate for customers by leading internal teams and projects Monitor customer health, identify risk factors, develop success plans Identify opportunities for expanding platform adoption Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely renewals Prioritize and drive timely resolution of customer inquiries Gather regular customer feedback to continuously improve platform
