3+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience. Experience working in an overlay/specialist role. Ability to accurately forecast sales projections and monitor pipeline. Track record of owning the sales life cycle. Track record of positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers. Experience selling to HR, facilities coordinators, and employee benefit professionals. Expert use of G-Suite, CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com). Experience using prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience owning customer-facing communication, including leading meetings and product demonstrations.
