- Collaborate with marketing, comms, and video teams to create and vet compelling, customer-facing content.
- Engage regularly with customers through beta programs, feedback sessions, and events to build advocacy and gather insights.
- Partner closely with Product Management to provide feedback from the field and influence the future direction of our safety products.
- Analyze performance dashboards to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics, reporting on progress to leadership.
