Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role. Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and managing high-performance campaigns. Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies. Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs. Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, LightDash, Segment and similar BI tools. Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company.
