Requirements
- 8+ years of business development or institutional sales experience in digital assets, trading firms, investment banking, structured products, or financial markets.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives, options, liquidity provision, and tokenomics.
- Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex commercial partnerships.
- Deep familiarity with the US crypto ecosystem: foundations, issuers, VCs, exchanges, and infra.
- Structured, disciplined, and organized working approach; strong project-management ability.
- Entrepreneurial experience or builder mindset strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to travel globally for conferences, meetings, and ecosystem events.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Keyrock’s US presence with a strong focus on foundations, token issuers, L1s/L2s, and ecosystem treasuries.
- Originate and qualify high-value opportunities across the entire token lifecycle: pre-TGE advisory, launch market making, OTC solutions, and post-listing liquidity programs.
- Lead client conversations with founders, investors, core teams, and boards.
- Translate client needs into actionable commercial proposals leveraging Keyrock’s full offering.
- Work closely with Structuring, Trading, Risk, and Product to ensure commercial proposals are feasible.
- Support pricing, modeling inputs, and scenario framing for US-driven opportunities.
- Develop Keyrock’s US commercial roadmap, priorities, and client segmentation.
- Shape and implement US go-to-market processes, CRM discipline, and reporting structures.
- Represent Keyrock at US conferences, industry events, and protocol-specific gatherings.
- Communicate US market trends, ecosystem signals, and competitive intelligence to global teams.
- Act as the primary commercial US liaison for internal stakeholders.
- Support internal adoption of best practices, documentation standards, and commercial templates.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed US-market insights into product roadmap.
- Partner with Trading and Risk to align pricing, liquidity parameters, and margin frameworks.
- Operate with the autonomy and responsibility of an entrepreneurial leader.
- Help define hiring needs for future US team expansion and contribute to onboarding and mentoring.
