Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM with a focus on Benefits. At least 3 years of experience working with Public Sector clients (state, local, or federal). Proficient in Workday configuration, data conversion, and testing within Workday Benefits module. Active Workday Certification in Benefits required. Demonstrated strength in business analysis and client engagement. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Willingness to travel up to 40%. Experience with Human Resources/HCM and multiple, concurrent Workday deployments is a plus. Public Sector implementation experience is required.
