Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of ten years progressive general accounting experience At least three years of experience leading and managing a team CPA license preferred Strong knowledge of governmental accounting standards, GAAP, upcoming GASB standards implementations and ACFR preparation Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively Experience coaching staff, evaluating performance, and participating in hiring decisions Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, internal controls, and process improvement. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
