Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a related analytical role Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, scenario modeling, automation) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into business recommendations Proven experience supporting sales or marketing functions in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment Excellent communication skills and ability to influence non-financial stakeholders Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and deadlines Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) (Nice-to-Have) Understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and net retention (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to financial automation or AI-driven reporting tools (Nice-to-Have) CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (asset but not required)
