Software Development Manager

6+ years of software engineering experience At least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Distributed systems expertise Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js CI/CD and observability experience Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery
