Staff Product Manager

Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline, or equivalent experience Advanced degree or MBA with BS or higher in Computer Science preferred 7+ years in product management with domain knowledge of financial and payment services Expertise designing, managing, and integrating with API-first fintech platforms Demonstrated experience in issuer credit card, commercial card processing Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts Experience managing complex product development cycles Experience leading cross-functional teams Highly organized and capable of navigating ambiguity Demonstrated ability to document new ideas and drive innovations Experience presenting to C-level leadership Ability to work with remote teams

Perform research on client problem areas and industry trends Build research-backed business cases Break down complex requirements into epics and user stories Prioritize and drive product backlogs Ensure data collection and instrumentation for analytics Collaborate with product and engineering leaders across business units Work with internal project stakeholders for go-to-market plans Drive improvements to product management processes Lead engagements with external partners and clients Lead in a fast-paced, agile, remote-first environment
