Quality Assurance Test Analyst (Remote)

4-year college degree in an engineering or related field 5-7 years of experience as a software analyst/tester on a data warehouse/lake project in pharma or medical devices Strong technical skills in AWS cloud, including RedShift and DataBricks Advanced SQL scripting skills and strong database knowledge Experience with ETL workflows Strong understanding of quality assurance, test strategies, and test execution Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities Excellent PC skills, including MS Office applications Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks while working on multiple projects concurrently High attention to detail Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time Ability to adapt to change

Document requirements, test plans, tests, and traceability matrices following ISO13485 compliant processes Collaborate with software developers in unit, regression, and load testing Hands-on execution of test plans and scripts to test and validate application functionality Collaborate with data analysts in user acceptance testing Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders and management Analyze formal test results to discover and report defects, bugs, errors, and flaws Assist with data requests, troubleshoot queries, and optimize processes with the development team and data analysts Develop and implement data quality standards and processes Monitor and update data dictionaries and metadata Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality Continually learn and improve skills
