Oversee all compliance programs and litigation matters across HopSkipDrive’s U.S. operations. Lead initiatives to ensure adherence to transportation network company (TNC) and Department of Education regulations. Develop and maintain compliance frameworks. Manage audits and assessments to proactively identify and mitigate risk. Serve as a key partner to leadership—providing strategic counsel, managing claims and litigation, and helping scale processes.
