Patient Operations Associate

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations management and process improvement. Familiarity with the healthcare industry. Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn data analysis techniques. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Familiarity with tools such as Excel. Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.

Assist with manual processes to support operations initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. Contribute to identifying automation opportunities. Assist in planning and executing program implementations. Provide post-implementation support. Lead process mapping and improvement initiatives. Document current processes and identify areas for enhancement. Propose and implement process improvements. Implement process measures to monitor and improve them. Assist in data modeling activities to analyze historical data. Collaborate to develop forecasting models. Support efforts to leverage data-driven insights. Collaborate in investigations to understand the root cause of issues. Document findings and work with team members to implement solutions.
