3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, data, regulatory, or compliance-driven environments. Proven ability to close deals with mid-market clients and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger) is a plus. Experience using CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Kluster) for pipeline management and forecasting. Strong consultative selling and solution development capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams. High levels of professionalism, personal drive, and adaptability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
