Significant experience in change management, typically degree-level educated (or equivalent) Extensive experience managing the human side of change in large programmes/projects Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships with diverse stakeholders Detailed understanding of Business Change Management principles (e.g., PROSCI) Able to be part of successful delivery teams and understand team dynamics Able to maintain, influence and motivate a team Proven track record in organisational transformations Deep understanding of change management principles Experience in designing and delivering digital transformation Experience as a successful change thought leader Experience in different sectors and the UK public services landscape
