Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent skills and experience. Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience. In-depth understanding of design fundamentals (layout, color theory, typography). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, XD). Working knowledge of Figma & Canva. Expertise in designing for digital and print formats for e-commerce and retail merchandising. Print production fluency (CMYK, spot colors, dielines, bleed/safe area, paper & finishes). Experience with asset management (naming, versioning, cloud libraries) and handoff documentation. Understanding of accessibility (readability, contrast, alt text) and mobile-first design. Comfortable working in fast sprints, juggling multiple SKUs/collections, and meeting tight deadlines. Experience with retailer portals like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Connect is a plus.
