Undergraduate degree or 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct response fundraising. Demonstrated experience with rapid response, email marketing, list building, writing, and multi-channel donor experience. Data-driven decision-maker using analytics to guide strategy. Prior experience with CRMs, donation processing platforms, advocacy, and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, Engaging Networks, WordPress preferred). Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and diplomatic skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time management skills. Proven track record of driving results and achieving ambitious goals. Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments. Skilled at managing multiple relationships with organized communication. Ability to perform administrative duties remotely. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively and multitask.
