Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct response fundraising. Demonstrated experience with rapid response, email marketing, list building, writing, and multi-channel donor experience. Data-driven decision-maker using analytics to guide strategy. Prior experience with CRMs, donation processing platforms, advocacy, and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, Engaging Networks, WordPress preferred). Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and diplomatic skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization and time management skills. Proven track record of driving results and achieving ambitious goals. Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments. Skilled at managing multiple relationships with organized communication. Ability to perform administrative duties remotely. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively and multitask.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement fundraising and engagement programs to grow annual donor support. Manage marketing agency and vendors for donor cultivation, renewal, and solicitation campaigns. Review final drafts of digital collateral for quality assurance. Coordinate with leadership to identify and hand off qualified donors. Oversee audits of digital fundraising collateral for evergreen content. Manage content review process across multiple departments. Provide programmatic information to marketing agency and oversee digital communications. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders for direct response program support. Develop framework for tracking, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance. Analyze data analytics to support decision-making and growth. Focus on best practices and emerging fundraising technologies. Provide input on budgets and review vendor invoices.
