Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or 5 years of relevant experience Fluent in English Minimum 5 years of experience in direct response fundraising Passion for KIND's mission Demonstrated experience with rapid response, email marketing, list building, writing and editing Data-driven decision-maker using analytics Prior experience with CRMs, donation processing, advocacy, and email marketing platforms (Salesforce, Engaging Networks, WordPress) Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and diplomatic skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Proven track record of driving results Adaptable and resilient Skilled at managing numerous active relationships Ability to perform administrative duties remotely Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and delegate Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency Committed to wellbeing and work-home life balance
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement comprehensive fundraising and engagement program Manage marketing agency and vendors for donor campaigns Review and approve digital collateral for quality assurance Coordinate with leadership for donor handoffs Oversee audits of digital fundraising collateral Manage content review process across departments Provide programmatic information to marketing agency Manage relationships with internal stakeholders Develop framework for tracking and optimizing campaign performance Analyze data analytics to support decision-making Focus on best practices and emerging fundraising technologies Provide input on budgets and approve vendor invoices
