2-5+ years experience buying direct response linear TV Deep understanding of DR metrics (CPL, CPV, frequency, clearance, etc.) Proven ability to negotiate low CPMs and uncover undervalued remnant inventory Strong working knowledge of media planning tools, spreadsheets, and tracking workflows Comfortable operating independently and making fast decisions Analytical mindset Strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
Own media buying for national linear cable TV campaigns end to end Identify, negotiate, and secure highly efficient DR inventory Optimize buys for cost-per-lead and ROAS Coordinate with internal growth team Monitor pacing, air dates, clearance rates, and performance daily Manage relationships with TV networks, rep firms, and DR media sellers Test and scale new stations, programs, and formats Report on KPIs including spend, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS
