Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of experience working in a product design role.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visual and AI prototyping, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Keen eye for usability and accessibility principles and creating great user experiences.
- Experience or understanding of localization.
- Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iteration.
- Demonstrate basic design system principles and practices.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
- Prototyping for desktop and mobile experiences.
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style.
Responsibilities:
- Create the most delightful visa application experience for international travellers.
- Focus on customer-centric design thinking.
- Visualize both digital and physical touchpoint solutions that support traveller’s journey.
- Collaborate closely with partners and leaders across the organization.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience.
- Crafting user interfaces in Figma and building prototypes.
- Participate in various stages of the design lifecycle: from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design.
- Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.
