4+ years of full-time working experience in a software development/engineering role Availability during specified course times (Spring Academic Term, Jan-May 2026) Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core CS concepts Proficiency with Python (preferred) or Java Experience working through shifting priorities while maintaining organization Passion for training developers and some experience teaching in an online learning environment 1+ years of instructional experience (preferred)

Lead online class sessions for 300-450 college students Review course material and plan engaging, industry-relevant lessons Work with Program Manager and co-instructors Participate in instructor syncs and onboarding Implement course improvements based on feedback to meet KPIs Participate in instructor check-ins and provide feedback
