Requirements
- 5+ years of purchasing experience with a major home builder and remodeling company
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Understanding and ability to speak some Spanish (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Bid out and manage all contracts
- Submit invoices and track project budgets
- Work with Field Managers to ensure contractor performance
- Negotiate lowest possible costs and source new products
- Partner with senior management on spec levels
- Develop detailed scopes of work and budgets
- Manage, train, and fire General contractors and subcontractors
- Recruit new contractors and vendor relationships
