Own business performance across ARR, CAC, conversion, retention, and margin. Develop and execute growth strategy for SMB Scheduling product. Define pricing, packaging, and customer journey. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to prioritize roadmap. Establish performance dashboards and run operating cadences. Manage the PLG funnel: drive traffic, trial starts, activation, and conversion. Partner with marketing teams to refine acquisition and onboarding journeys. Design and test go-to-market motions. Use data and experimentation to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention. Stay close to customers to identify needs and monetization opportunities. Partner with Support and Success to address adoption barriers. Operate as the general manager of the business. Build and mentor a small, cross-functional team focused on growth. Create clarity and accountability through goals, KPIs, and business reviews.
