Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience. 3+ years owning monetization, growth, or revenue-driving product surfaces. Experience working in marketplaces, platforms, or B2B products where revenue is closely tied to product experience. Proven ability to take ambiguous problems from concept to launch to scale. Strong intuition for what drives supplier adoption and willingness to pay. Comfortable owning outcomes, not just roadmaps. Able to think in systems: pricing, incentives, UX, sales motion, and operational impact. Comfortable partnering with data and analytics teams to define success metrics and interpret performance. Familiarity with experimentation, funnels, and optimization frameworks. Experience working with advertising or monetization systems is helpful, but deep ad tech specialization is not required. High ownership, high agency, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Bias toward action with a strong sense of accountability for results. Collaborative, low-ego, and effective at influencing across disciplines. Motivated by impact, autonomy, and building durable businesses.
Responsibilities:
Own the full lifecycle of supplier monetization experiences: activation, onboarding, campaign configuration, optimization, and outcomes. Design intuitive workflows for suppliers to understand value and scale spend. Partner with Sales, Supply, and Partner Success to drive adoption and business impact. Identify and execute opportunities to grow monetization revenue across existing and new verticals. Balance product-led and sales-assisted growth strategies. Own success metrics tied to revenue, activation, retention, and expansion. Proactively explore and validate new monetization models, ad formats, and placements. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data to prototype, test, and launch net-new revenue streams. Operate as a high-agency owner with broad decision-making responsibility. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Data, and Supply. Make principled trade-offs between growth, experience quality, and long-term platform health. Serve as a thought partner and informal leader to other PMs.
