Design intuitive workflows for suppliers to understand value and scale spend. Partner with Sales, Supply, and Partner Success to drive adoption and business impact. Identify and execute opportunities to grow monetization revenue across existing and new verticals. Balance product-led and sales-assisted growth strategies. Own success metrics tied to revenue, activation, retention, and expansion. Proactively explore and validate new monetization models, ad formats, and placements. Partner with Design, Engineering, and Data to prototype, test, and launch net-new revenue streams. Operate as a high-agency owner with broad decision-making responsibility. Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Data, and Supply. Make principled trade-offs between growth, experience quality, and long-term platform health. Serve as a thought partner and informal leader to other PMs.
