Requirements:
Fluency in Polish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of the Polish business landscape and customer environment. At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven record of closing net new logos. Experience selling into the commercial segment (organizations with 50–1,500 employees). Background in working with or through channel partners. Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage. Ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated mindset. Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals. Build and manage a high-performing pipeline. Partner with field sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop deep knowledge of SentinelOne’s solutions and the cybersecurity landscape. Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics. Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. Provide timely and accurate forecasts, insights, and strategic feedback to sales leadership.
