Fluency in Polish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of the Polish business landscape and customer environment. At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven record of closing net new logos. Experience selling into the commercial segment (organizations with 50–1,500 employees). Background in working with or through channel partners. Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage. Ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Results-driven, competitive, and self-motivated mindset. Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
